About the role
Working directly with the General Manager you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Ability to multitask
- Manage all administration for the wider team. Varied role, no two days are the same!
- Being the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders including screening calls and responding to enquires
- Management of contact information
- Administration support for the wider team
- Liaising with external contractors including facilities management, IT and other external suppliers.
- Coordination and organisation of major internal events including managing the end to end process (tickets, transfers, flights) for stakeholders and guests of the office
Experience Required
- Previous experience working with a busy office supporting a fast paced team
- Strong Administration experience
- Experience in a hospitality or function space an advantage!
- Ability to multitask, forward planning and anticipating needs with solutions
- Can do attitude and ability to problem solve
