About the role:
The Executive Assistant will provide a high level of professional administrative support to 2 x SLT members within construction and property and support the broader team with general administration and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Expense reconciliation
- Calendar management
- Travel and accommodation booking
- Produce high quality documents (including presentations)
- Coordinating reporting schedules and reporting requirements for the team
- Co-ordinate and plan events as per the calendar of events and on an ad-hoc basis.
Skills & Experience:
- 4+ years' experience in a similar role
- High level verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated and organised with a demonstrated ability to work effectively with limited supervision, to exercise initiative, problem solve, set priorities and to work within required timelines
- Demonstrated integrity, resilience and commitment to pursue organisational goals in a changing environment
- Highly developed computer literacy skills, including intermediate to advanced proficiency with MS Office suite
- Ability to demonstrate discretion at all times
- Attention to detail
- Flexible and adaptable team player with a can-do attitude
