About the Company

TwoScots are delighted to partner with a global FMCG organisation. They are looking for an Office all-rounder to join their growing team in the South East. This is initially a 3 month temp opportunity, with potential for permanency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the reception area, handling phone calls, greeting visitors, and coordinating with contractors.

  • Maintain office and kitchen areas, including ordering supplies, keeping common areas tidy, and managing the coffee machine.

  • Arrange local and international courier services, manage incoming and outgoing mail, and liaise with Australia Post.

  • Assist with scheduling and setup of meeting rooms, ensuring they are prepared for use.

  • Support the Facilities Manager with administrative tasks, including vendor coordination and logging maintenance jobs.

  • Assist with onboarding new starters, including welcome packs and announcements.

Looking For

  • Previous experience in a Reception, Office Manager, or similar role.

  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.

  • Must have full working rights as this is a temp-to-perm opportunity.
