Key Responsibilities

Manage the reception area, handling phone calls, greeting visitors, and coordinating with contractors.

Maintain office and kitchen areas, including ordering supplies, keeping common areas tidy, and managing the coffee machine.

Arrange local and international courier services, manage incoming and outgoing mail, and liaise with Australia Post.

Assist with scheduling and setup of meeting rooms, ensuring they are prepared for use.

Support the Facilities Manager with administrative tasks, including vendor coordination and logging maintenance jobs.

Assist with onboarding new starters, including welcome packs and announcements.
Looking For
-
Previous experience in a Reception, Office Manager, or similar role.

Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude.

Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

Strong organisational and multitasking skills.

Must have full working rights as this is a temp-to-perm opportunity.
