About the Company

Our client is a NFP residential aged care organisation that offer a wide range of community care services to the elderly.

The Office Administrator will play a key role in the smooth-running of the office in Doncaster, working both on a one-on-one basis with senior staff, but also on a wider basis with internal and external stakeholders of the business.

Provide high quality administrative support to the CFO including:

  • Diary management
  • Oversee governance
  • Attend board and committee meetings
  • Take minutes and prepare agendas

Day to day provision of office support activities. Including:

  • Mail distribution and dispatch
  • Maintain stocks of office consumables including office supplies, stationery and catering
  • Supporting the wider team with admin

About you:

  • Relevant experience in supporting senior level management and/or Office Administration.
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • High attention to detail with ability to prioritise.
  • Communicate clearly and confidently.
  • Possess skills to establish and maintain good work relationships.
  • Experience in NFP is preferred.
