About the Role

Utilising your extensive MicrOpay knowledge & experience, this autonomous position will see you be responsible for:

  • Processing end to end payroll using MicrOpay
  • Perform all aspects of payroll & HR duties such as Work Cover, ESS portal & contracts
  • Manage & improve all employee management & remuneration policies
  • Complete the system implementation of Ento T&A system
  • Ability to understand and perform Super and Tax calculations
  • Ability to interpret EBA's and Awards efficiently

Skills and Experience

  • Proficient in using MicrOpay is essential
  • Previous experience processing payroll in a standalone position is essential
  • Strong HR knowledge & experience, and the ability to present this to executive management
  • Clear communication with team members and external stakeholders
  • Experience in process improvements & system implementations
