About the Role
Working within a supportive team and reporting into the Finance Manager, this role is ideal for someone who is passionate, detail-oriented, and skilled in managing the end to end payroll function.
Duties:
- Performing End to End Payroll
- Process leave calculations, long service, maternity and parental leave.
- Demonstrate strong payroll processing skills
- Liaise with various internal or external stakeholders
- Perform month end reporting
- Have a thorough understanding and performance of Super & Tax Calculations
- Undertaking Terminations and Redundancies
- Adhere to all payroll related queries
Skills and Experience
- 3 + years' experience working within a medium volume environment
- Strong experience processing full end to end payroll
- Understanding and experience interpreting Awards and EBAs
- Great working knowledge of Excel
- Strong attention to detail & high level of accuracy and communication both written and verbal
- Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
