TwoScots are proud to be partnering with a leading professional services firm to recruit a dedicated Project Administrator to support their Workday HR system implementation. This role is a key part of the Workday Project Team, providing critical administrative and project coordination support through a complex system rollout.

You'll play a vital role in bringing structure and clarity to a high-pressure, fast-moving project environment - helping the team stay organised, engaged, and on track to deliver.

This is a temporary opportunity until the end of November, with potential to extend.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide administrative support to the Workday Project and Change Managers

  • Coordinate meetings, workshops, stakeholder sessions, and training activities

  • Maintain and update project schedules, documentation, and change tracking

  • Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on actions

  • Support communications including emails, newsletters, intranet content, and FAQs

  • Track milestones, risks, and deliverables using tools like Smartsheet or DevOps

  • Assist with SharePoint site updates and stakeholder feedback monitoring

  • Help drive engagement and smooth adoption of new processes and systems


SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Strong background in project coordination or administration, ideally within ERP or system implementation projects

  • Exposure to Workday or similar cloud-based HR systems (advantageous but not essential)

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and project management tools

  • Confident communicator with excellent attention to detail

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with multiple stakeholder inputs

  • Experience in Agile or hybrid project environments highly regarded


QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification or experience in project support or systems implementation

  • Must be available to commence early August

  • Ability to commit to a contract through to end November, with potential extension
