Our Client is a small, family-owned company, proudly supplying innovative food and horticultural products to food manufacturing and wholesale business.

A fantastic opportunity currently exists for a detail orientated, results driven and highly motivated Sales Support Administrator who takes pride in getting things right the first time.

Based in Bayswater, the successful candidate must have a 'can do' attitude, a willingness to learn and will be responsible for providing a diverse range of sales and office administrative support within a small team environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assisting with customer enquiries
  • Preparing customer quotations
  • Entering sales orders
  • Purchasing ingredient and packaging supplies
  • Stock Control
  • Preparing import/export documentation
  • Maintaining food manufacturing documentation

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 3-5 years in a similar role preferred

A strong team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills

Well organised with the ability to plan, multi-task and enforce deadlines

Intermediate level in Microsoft Suite

Experience working with MYOB EXO preferred
