About the role

This role is suitable for an avid, knowledgeable, and attentive individual able to perform end to end Payroll duties. The role is standalone with opportunities to assist in HR and reporting.


  • Process end to end payroll using MicrOpay
  • Understand and perform Super and Tax calculations
  • Have the ability to interpret EBA's and Awards efficiently
  • Assist with payroll and HR queries as required from the Finance team
  • Process leave calculations, maternity, annual and sick leave
  • Perform reconciliations, and make changes when necessary
  • Liaise with all parties of the business including external stakeholders

Skills and Experience

  • Proficient in using MicrOpay is essential
  • Previous experience processing payroll in a standalone position is essential
  • Clear communication with team members and external stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of EBA's and Awards
  • Have the ability to apply your Payroll knowledge individually
