From a spare room in St Kilda 16 years ago to a thriving 25+ team in Cremorne, TwoScots Recruitment was founded by Jason Sellyn and Jeremy Cowan, two Scots who moved from Glasgow to Melbourne with a shared vision to do recruitment differently.

In the early days, Jeremy built and led both the Accounting Support and Payroll divisions, while Jason focused on his specialty in Qualified and Senior Accounting. Not long after, they welcomed their very first employee, Bree, who went on to lead both the Qualified and Payroll divisions and played a pivotal role in shaping the culture that defines TwoScots today.

Today, our specialist recruitment services span Executive Finance, Qualified Accounting, Accounting Support, Payroll, HR and Business Support.
