With that front of mind, we're on the lookout for a Accounts Payable Officer to join the team on a 2-3 month opportunity with potential to extend.
Please note this role is full time in the office with potential for some flexibility once fully trained.

Duties:
- Process high-volume Accounts Payable transactions, including invoice matching, coding, and data entry
- Perform supplier statement reconciliations and resolve invoice and payment discrepancies
- Manage payment runs and ensure accurate and timely processing of payments
- Complete bank transactions and bank reconciliations on a regular basis
- Provide general finance administration support, including filing and maintaining accurate AP records
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and suppliers regarding accounts payable queries
- Support the finance team with day-to-day transactional tasks as required
- Maintain a strong focus on accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to internal controls and procedures
Skills and Experience
- Minimum of five years of experience, but CPA certification not required
- Familiarity with systems such as Jedox and ERP systems would be beneficial
- Strong focus on customer service
- Proven ability to develop effective partnerships to proactively find solutions and efficiencies in processes
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work well within a team environment
