Accounts Payable Officer - Temporary

Dandenong South | Full-Time | $38 per hour + Super | 6-Month Contract

TwoScots Recruitment is partnering with a well-established retail business in Dandenong South to recruit an Accounts Payable Officer for an initial 6-month temporary assignment, with a view to extend.

The Role

You'll be responsible for end-to-end accounts payable processing, working within a busy and collaborative finance team. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working in a high-volume environment and has strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end accounts payable processing

• High-volume invoice processing and data entry

• Supplier reconciliations and resolving queries

• Processing payments and ensuring timely approvals

• Maintaining accurate records within the ERP system

• Supporting the wider finance team with ad hoc duties

About You

• Previous experience in accounts payable or a similar finance role

• Graduates and early career professionals with relevant experience are encouraged to apply

• Exposure to large ERP systems such as SAP, NetSuite, D365 or similar is highly regarded

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

• Ability to manage a high-volume workload and meet deadlines

• Positive attitude, strong communication skills and willingness to learn

• Available to commence at short notice
