Accounts Receivable Officer

ABOUT THE COMPANY

TwoScots are partnering with a well-established and growing business based in Melbourne's South-Eastern Suburbs. The organisation is continuing to expand and offers a supportive and rewarding environment with a strong focus on its people and culture.

They are currently looking for an Accounts Receivable Officer to join the team on an ongoing temporary basis, with an immediate start available.

Role

The duties include but are not limited to:

  • End to end Accounts Receivable function
  • Processing customer claims & rebates
  • Performing account reconciliations, monitoring of customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities
  • Generate and send out invoices and statements
  • Follow up on, collect and allocate payments
  • Investigate and resolve customer queries
  • Additional ad hoc duties as required

Skills + Experience

  • Minimum 2 years Full function AR experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Intermediate excel skills is desirable
  • Problem solver
  • A proactive member within a team
