ABOUT THE ROLE
TwoScots is excited to be recruiting an experienced and detail-focused Administrative Assistant to support a high-performing Reportable Conduct team within the education sector.
This part-time role (3 days per week) will run for an initial 5-week temporary contract and will play a key part in ensuring compliance and record-keeping processes are managed to the highest standard. You'll be the triage point for incoming enquiries, support high-level administrative tasks, and help manage sensitive information with accuracy and discretion.
The position is based in East Melbourne, with flexible hybrid working arrangements and an immediate start.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Act as the first point of contact for the Reportable Conduct team, managing a range of stakeholder enquiries

Distribute key reports and documents in a timely and accurate manner

Maintain records (digital and physical), process incoming/outgoing mail, and manage data entry

Ensure documentation is stored and retrieved in accordance with privacy and compliance standards

Coordinate meetings and provide general administrative support to the team

Assist with the continuous improvement of administrative processes and procedures

Complete ad hoc administrative tasks as required
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
-
Proven experience in high-level administration, ideally within legal, compliance or governance teams

Excellent written and verbal communication, with a professional and confidential approach

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

High level of competence in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel)

Ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at various levels

Proactive, flexible, and able to manage competing priorities autonomously
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

Qualification in Business Administration or related field (desirable)

Previous experience in compliance, legal admin or education sector highly regarded
