Location: Mount Waverly, 1 day WFH

ABOUT THE ROLE:
As an Accounts Receivable/Collections Officer, you will take ownership of the end-to-end accounts receivable and collections process. This includes invoicing, collections, reconciliations, and supporting the finance team in delivering accurate and timely financial results.

Reporting to the Team Leader you will be responsible for:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Process and issue customer invoices accurately and on time.
  • Perform daily banking tasks and allocate payments.
  • Follow up on outstanding payments and manage customer accounts.
  • Reconcile accounts receivable transactions and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Prepare and analyze accounts receivable reports for month-end close.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring professional and timely communication.
  • Support process improvement initiatives to enhance receivables efficiency.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • 3+ Years in an end-to-end Accounts Receivable / Credit Control or Collections role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and intermediate Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUPs).
  • High attention to detail and strong time management skills.
  • A proactive and solution-focused mindset.
  • Full working rights in Australia as this is a 12month FTC with a view to Permanant
