RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE.
- Preparation of Trial Balance, general ledger reconciliations and assistance with month end
- Set up new starters in PMS and Xero
- Weekly Debtor reporting and collections
- BAS, PAYG W and IAS reconciliation, preparation and reporting using Xero
- Payroll processing including new starters and terminations
- Employee expenditure reimbursements
- Banking and Cashflow queries
- Trust/office bank reconciliations
- Process Trust and office receipts and payments
- Trust/office journals and transfers
SKILLS + EXPERIENCE.
- Minimum 2 years accounts experience in a Professional Services environment.
- Proven ability to deliver excellent service to clients and to the team, built on a can-do attitude, strong interpersonal skills, confidence, and the ability to build rapport with others.
- Have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, with the flexibility to organise and prioritise work independently and deliver within tight and competing deadlines.
- Effective in working in a demanding environment with fluctuating work volumes and competing priorities.
- Have a high degree of diplomacy and discretion and an ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to demonstrate initiative and work well both on your own and within a team environment.
- Strong excel & experince with Xero is highly regarded .
