You'll play a pivotal role in maintaining financial accuracy, compliance, and the smooth day-to-day operations of the office. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE.
Bookkeeping & Finance
- Daily bank reconciliations and accurate maintenance of financial records
- Weekly payroll processing including superannuation and leave
- BAS and PAYG preparation and lodgment
- Support EOFY processes and liaise with external accountants
- Monthly reporting packs including draft commentary and analysis
- End-to-end AP/AR including credit control and supplier payments
- Assist with job costing and financial data for decision-making
- Support special projects such as price book updates
Administrative Support
- Manage office supplies and general procurement
- Coordinate occasional staff travel and maintain centralised records
- Support new staff onboarding and HR recordkeeping
- Executive assistance to the Managing Director
- General admin and operational support as needed
SKILLS + EXPERIENCE.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
- Certificate IV in Bookkeeping or Accounting (or higher) preferred
- Proficient in Sybiz Vision and Visipay (or similar systems)
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information
