A highly successful, family-owned business based in Moorabbin is looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join their supportive and friendly team. With free onsite parking and a flexible approach, they are ideally seeking someone full-time, however school hours will also be considered for the right person.
This is a hands-on role where you will take ownership of the day-to-day bookkeeping, working closely with a welcoming team in a collaborative environment.
Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Banking and reconciliations
- AP / AR / Invoicing
- Preparation of BAS & GST
- ATO lodgements
- End-to-end payroll for office and warehouse staff
- EOM & EOY processing
- Cashflow management
To be successful in the this role you will bring:
- Strong bookkeeping experience
- Ideally, experience working within a small business environment
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and a genuine enjoyment of working in a close-knit team
