Key Responsibilities:

Develop, coordinate, and submit tenders, proposals, and capability statements for commercial maintenance and facilities management projects

Prepare compelling presentations, brochures, and marketing collateral that reflect the company's brand and service offering

Collaborate with the business development team to understand client requirements and tailor submissions accordingly

Maintain an up-to-date library of templates, case studies, project references, and company credentials

Assist in market research and competitor analysis to enhance proposal strategies

Support sales activities by coordinating client meetings, preparing agendas, and following up on documentation

Ensure all documents and submissions are professionally presented, accurate, and compliant with client requirements

Work closely with management to refine company image and ensure consistency in all communications
What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in sales coordination, marketing, or tender/proposal management within commercial maintenance, facilities management, or property services

Strong attention to detail, time management, and organisational skills
