About the Role
We're looking for a passionate and results-driven Business Development Manager to join a growing NDIS provider focused on delivering high-quality care across Queensland. This role will play a key part in expanding participant numbers. You'll be working across Supported Independent Living (SIL) and home care services, building strong relationships with support coordinators, guardians, and allied health professionals.

Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain referral networks with Support Coordinators, public guardians, and health professionals
* Identify and onboard participants with psychosocial, physical, and intellectual disabilities
* Manage the full sales lifecycle, including intake and service agreements
* Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
* Conduct regular post-onboarding check-ins with participants (1-3 months in)
* Provide accurate record-keeping and case tracking
* Attend meetings, events, and onsite visits as needed
Key Skills
* Proven business development or relationship management experience, ideally in NDIS or healthcare
* Strong understanding of SIL, home care, and participant intake processes
* Self-motivated and mentally resilient, with a proactive mindset
* Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
* Confident working independently and in the field
* Experience handling service agreements, participant needs analysis, and stakeholder engagement
