This is an opportunity for a capable, commercially minded Client Manager to take ownership of an established portfolio. You will manage client relationships from settlement onwards, support daily funding operations, and proactively identify risks and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities Include
- Manage an allocated portfolio of funding clients as their primary day-to-day contact
- Build trusted relationships with business owners, finance teams and key stakeholders
- Conduct regular client check-ins and business reviews
- Manage client onboarding following settlement, including documentation, system setup and platform integrations
- Guide clients through the organisation's client portal, funding requirements and operational processes
- Review and process daily funding requests within agreed service levels
- Review invoices, supporting documentation and customer approvals
- Liaise with Credit regarding funding limits, approvals, exceptions and facility reviews
- Monitor debtor ageing, collections, customer concentrations, payment trends and funding exposure
- Identify and escalate emerging risks while ensuring funding conditions are satisfied
- Monitor ongoing requirements, including financial reporting, ATO compliance and supporting documentation
Skills & Experience
- Experience in client management, relationship management, account management, banking or finance
- A commercially minded approach and confidence discussing financial performance, funding requirements and risk with clients
- Strong client engagement skills and the ability to build credible, long-term relationships
- Confidence reviewing financial information, business documentation and debtor performance
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and customer-service skills
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to risk management
- Experience with Zoho and Xero is highly desirable
- Experience in invoice finance, debtor finance, working-capital funding or recruitment will be highly regarded
