This is a B2B, relationship-focused Customer Service role with an Account Manager feel. You'll be supporting long-term clients and handling enquiries primarily via email, with minimal phone work. This is not a call centre environment - instead, you'll build trusted partnerships and provide tailored solutions to an established customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer support via predominantly email, as well as phone, ensuring timely and accurate responses.

Process customer orders, quotes, tracking, refunds, and exchanges with precision and efficiency.

Develop strong product knowledge to confidently offer tailored solutions and advice.

Liaise closely with internal teams including sales and technical support to deliver seamless service.

Support the external sales team by ensuring smooth customer engagement and information flow.

Maintain accurate records in CRM and ERP systems and contribute to service improvement through customer feedback.
What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in customer service, preferably within a technical, industrial, or B2B environment.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a proactive, customer-first approach.

Solid organisational skills with proven experience using CRM and ERP systems.
