TwoScots Recruitment is proud to partner with a leading provider of industrial automation solutions, in their search for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join their dynamic and collaborative team.

This is a B2B, relationship-focused Customer Service role with an Account Manager feel. You'll be supporting long-term clients and handling enquiries primarily via email, with minimal phone work. This is not a call centre environment - instead, you'll build trusted partnerships and provide tailored solutions to an established customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer support via predominantly email, as well as phone, ensuring timely and accurate responses.

  • Process customer orders, quotes, tracking, refunds, and exchanges with precision and efficiency.

  • Develop strong product knowledge to confidently offer tailored solutions and advice.

  • Liaise closely with internal teams including sales and technical support to deliver seamless service.

  • Support the external sales team by ensuring smooth customer engagement and information flow.

  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and ERP systems and contribute to service improvement through customer feedback.


What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably within a technical, industrial, or B2B environment.

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a proactive, customer-first approach.

  • Solid organisational skills with proven experience using CRM and ERP systems.

  • A collaborative team player with a flexible, can-do attitude and a genuine passion for delivering great service.
