ABOUT THE ROLE
TwoScots are partnering with a leading education provider in Australia - to recruit a skilled Digital Platform Administrator. This is a pivotal role within the Strategic Communications & Engagement team, focused on managing and improving digital presence across websites, intranet, and communication tools.
You'll lead the development of a new website, ensure digital platforms are optimised, secure, and user-friendly, and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver impactful digital experiences.
This is a temp position for 3 months, based in East Melbourne with flexible hybrid working arrangements available.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Digital Platform Management: Maintain and enhance websites, intranet, and communication tools (Kentico, SharePoint, Mailchimp, etc.).

Project Leadership: Drive the development of a new website, coordinating internal teams and external agencies.

Content & Campaign Support: Assist in the creation, scheduling, and reporting of digital content and campaigns.

Technical Support: Provide platform training and support to staff and troubleshoot technical issues.

Performance & Compliance: Monitor digital performance using analytics tools, ensuring all platforms meet privacy, security, and accessibility standards.

Vendor Management: Manage relationships with digital agencies and service providers.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
-
Proven experience managing digital platforms, websites, and intranet systems.

Proficient in HTML, CSS, CMS platforms (Kentico, SharePoint, WordPress).

Skilled in digital tools including Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Ads, Mailchimp, and Hootsuite.

Strong project management skills with experience leading website builds or digital upgrades.

Familiarity with UX/UI principles, accessibility standards, and SEO best practices.

Confident communicator with the ability to train and support internal stakeholders.

Analytical thinker with a knack for identifying and implementing improvements.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

Tertiary qualifications in Digital Media, IT, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role.

Current Victorian Driver's License and access to a vehicle.

Valid Working with Children Check or VIT registration.

Clear National Criminal History Check.
