TwoScots Recruitment is proud to partner with a non for profit that focuses on driving climate solutions, in their search for an experienced Executive Assistant to join their fast-paced, purpose-driven team.

This ongoing temp opportunity is working with the business' Executive Director, supporting high-level strategic priorities, board operations, and partnership development across a global climate movement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level executive support to the Executive Director, including inbox management, scheduling, meeting preparation, and complex travel coordination.

  • Manage board administration including board meeting preparation, agenda setting, material collation, and minute taking.

  • Oversee strategic project management across key organisational priorities, from event planning to internal projects and team workshops.

  • Act as a key liaison with senior stakeholders including board members, philanthropists, partner organisations, and internal leadership.

  • Anticipate needs, problem-solve proactively, and streamline workflows in a high-volume, fast-moving environment.

  • Provide ad hoc support to the broader leadership and operations teams, contributing to cross-functional projects and organisational improvements.

What We're Looking For:

  • 4+ years' experience in a high-level Executive Assistant, Project Manager, or similar role - ideally within the non-profit, climate, education, or philanthropic sectors.

  • Strong board experience, including the preparation and coordination of board materials.

  • Advanced organisational and project management skills, with the ability to anticipate priorities and work autonomously.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to draft clear correspondence and deliver high-quality presentations.

  • Relationship-focused, empathetic communicator with a knack for managing competing demands and setting boundaries.

  • Tech-savvy, comfortable using Google Suite, Zoom, and willing to explore AI tools.

  • Passion for climate action, social justice, and working in a values-led, collaborative team.
