TwoScots Recruitment is proud to partner with a growing national Not-For-Profit organisation to recruit an Executive Assistant for their Melbourne office.

This is a pivotal part-time role supporting a purpose-driven organisation delivering health services to nurses and midwives nationally. With the previous EA stepping into a new opportunity, they are seeking an experienced professional who can hit the ground running and provide high-level executive and governance support within a small, growing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level EA support to the Executive, including diary management and national travel coordination
  • Prepare and collate Board papers, agendas and reports
  • Take accurate Board and committee minutes
  • Support Company Secretary requirements and governance processes
  • Upload and maintain documentation via SharePoint
  • Assist with reporting requirements within a grant-funded environment
  • Coordinate occasional travel and logistics
  • Work collaboratively with two part-time Administration Officers on general operational support

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting a CEO, Executive Director or Board
  • Strong governance and Board exposure (agenda preparation, minute taking, document control)
  • Experience working within Not-For-Profit, health, government or grant-funded environments highly regarded
  • Confident using Microsoft Word and SharePoint
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and confidentiality

This role will suit an experienced EA who enjoys structure, purpose and working closely with leadership in a smaller organisation where they can truly make an impact.
