They are seeking a Finance Director to oversee the financial operations of one of their key business divisions. Reporting to the CFO ANZ, this is a critical leadership role responsible for budgeting, forecasting, reporting, deal evaluation, and driving commercial performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
- Lead all budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities for a key business division
- Build and manage financial models to support performance, deal evaluation, and margin analysis
- Provide strategic insights and commercial advice to senior stakeholders across multiple teams
- Oversee monthly reporting, financial close, and ensure compliance with internal controls
- Drive process improvement, automation, and reporting enhancements
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team across multiple roles and levels
SKILLS + EXPERIENCE
- CA/CPA qualified with 10+ years' experience in senior finance roles
- Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and commercial analysis
- Experience in fast-paced, event-based or multi-stakeholder environments
- Proven leadership and team development skills
- Confident communicator with strong business partnering ability
- Advanced Excel; Oracle/SAP experience preferred
