ABOUT THE COMPANY:
TwoScots are exclusively partnering with a small, family owned-and-operated property development business. They are seeking a Finance Manager to join their team on a permanent, part-time basis - 4 days per week.
This position will be responsible for managing revenue and expenses across a number of land subdivision sites, preparing cashflow budgets and forecasting, financial modelling, and managing the parent company's finances.
The role offers hybrid working and an East Melbourne office location. The successful candidate must be a qualified Chartered Accountant, and have a strong financial control background with property/ civil construction industry experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Reviewing and managing the revenue and expenses for multiple land subdivision sites
- Invoice checks and controls
- Preparing monthly cash budgets and forecasts
- Financial modelling and feasibility analysis
- Managing the parent company's finances
- Liaising with 3rd party accountants
- Tracking civil contracts along with monthly claims
SKILLS + EXPERIENCE:
- CA/ CPA qualified
- 7-10+ years accounting experience
- Experience working in the property/ civil construction sector
- Ability to work in a lean team, happy to perform accounting admin tasks
- Strong Excel skills
