We are partnering with a well-established and respected company, known for its strong track record in project management and advisory services. With a close-knit team, this is a rare opportunity to step into a broad and autonomous Finance Manager role in a stable, supportive setting.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
You'll take ownership of the day-to-day financial operations of the business. Working closely with the Directors and external accountant, you'll be responsible for managing all financial duties, including administrative tasks, financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting. This role offers variety, responsibility, and the chance to be a key contributor to a smooth-running, professional business.

- $140-150k (pro-rated) + super

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE.
- Full financial management including oversight of AP, AR, Payroll and PAYG.
- Financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
- Work with senior management to provide insights on working capital management
- Handle staff reimbursements and bank transactions
- Other ad hoc duties as required
SKILLS + EXPERIENCE.
- CA/CPA Qualified
- Proven experience at a similar level
- Relevant industry experience - engineering consulting/ professional services/ time-billing, WIP environment
- Strong systems knowledge and experience using Xero
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
