Finance Officer / Finance Administrator
Salary: $75k - $80k + super
Hours: Full-time preferred | Part-time considered for the right candidate
Location: South Yarra, 5 days in office (some WFH flexibility available if needed)

ABOUT THE ROLE:
As the Finance Officer / Finance Administrator, you will support key financial operations, acting as the vital link between finance, operations, and offshore teams. You'll take ownership of tasks like accounts payable coordination, bank reconciliations, and various admin duties to help ensure accurate and timely financial processing.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Be the main point of contact for supplier queries and manage relationships

Liaise with the offshore Accounts Payable (AP) processing team to ensure accuracy and timeliness

Implement and manage weekly bank reconciliation processes

Assist with general finance queries across payroll, credit card, and banking as required

Provide administrative support related to Build to Rent operations as they evolve

Maintain accurate records and help identify areas for process improvement

Proven experience in a finance admin or accounts-related role

Strong attention to detail and a can-do proactive attitude

Reliable and consistent - someone who enjoys ticking tasks off the list daily

Ability to communicate confidently and professionally across teams and with suppliers

Comfortable with admin systems and basic financial tools
