Our client is searching for a Finance Officer to join their growing team on an initial temporary basis with a view to go permanent.

About the Role
You will be responsible for:
- Deliver accurate month-end reporting, including reconciliations, journals, accruals, and prepayments
- Manage debtor accounts through proactive follow-up to protect cash flow and maintain strong relationships
- Oversee the suspended partner process, including doubtful debt reporting and follow-up actions
- Provide clear financial insights through cash flow, debtor days, and management reporting
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for sustainable growth
- Identify and implement process improvements across finance operations
- Manage administration and reporting for Partner WorkCover policies
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years finance experience (or equivalent) with hands-on experience in month-end processes, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting requirements, with proficiency in accounting software and financial systems (experience with cloud-based platforms preferred)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Accuracy and motivated individual
