We're partnering with a well‑established organisation to recruit a Finance Officer to support their high‑performing Finance & AP team. While this role sits within Accounts Payable, it is not an invoice‑processing position. Instead, the focus is on reconciliations, supplier management, and ensuring financial data is accurate and complete.

About the Role
As the Finance Officer, you'll manage regular reconciliations and act as a key contact for supplier accounts. You'll be hands‑on with problem‑solving, discrepancy resolution, and supporting month‑end deliverables. This role is ideal for someone curious, eager to learn, and motivated to build a long‑term finance career.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations
- Maintain and manage supplier accounts
- Resolve discrepancies and follow up with suppliers and internal teams
- Support month‑end tasks by ensuring reconciliations are complete and accurate
- Collaborate closely with AP, procurement, and the wider finance team
- Assist with continuous improvement and automation opportunities
- Provide general finance and administrative support as required
About You
- A recent Accounting/Finance graduate or someone with early-career finance experience
- Strong interest in developing a finance career with room to grow
- High attention to detail and strong reconciliation skills
- Confident communicator who can build relationships with suppliers
