ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting into the Financial Accounting Manager, this Financial Accountant role will support the preparation and governance of financial results across the group. The role will have a strong focus on month-end, consolidations, intercompany management, statutory reporting support and ad hoc project work.
With the business moving from Masterpiece to NetSuite, there will also be strong exposure to finance transformation and systems improvement activity.
DUTIES
* Prepare month-end reconciliations and support monthly reporting requirements
* Assist with group consolidations, balance sheet reporting and board reporting
* Manage intercompany reporting and reconciliations across the business
* Assist with half-year/full-year statutory reporting and audit requirements
* Support budgeting, projections and ad hoc financial analysis
* Contribute to process improvement and the NetSuite migration project
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
* CA/CPA qualified
* Big 4 audit background strongly preferred
* Strong technical accounting knowledge, including IFRS
* Experience across consolidations, intercompany and month-end reporting
* Strong Excel, analytical and problem-solving skills
* ERP/system migration exposure highly regarded
* Confident communicator with strong attention to detail
