About the Role
Reporting to the Group CFO the role will oversee the day-to-day running of the Finance function. Responsibilities include:
- Preparation of accurate Financial Reports for the business and its stakeholders
- Control of the budget process and analysis of performance
- Month end performance and management
- Audit management and statutory accounts preparation
- Assist with Global Tax Preparation and Transfer Pricing.
- Lead, coach and develop the finance team
- Other duties as required
Skills & Experience
- CA/CPA Qualified
- Excellent stakeholder management
- Strong financial and management reporting skills
- Exposure to a Manufacturing or Cost Accounting an advantage
- Process and Systems Improvements
- Energy, passion and strong attention-to-detail
