About the Role

The FP&A Analyst position sits within the Automotive Division and supports financial planning and analysis across multiple lines of business. You'll work closely with senior leaders in both the divisional and group finance teams, contributing to budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the annual budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes across the Automotive Division.

  • Deliver monthly performance reporting, financial analysis, and actionable insights to leadership teams.

  • Partner with divisional finance teams to analyse performance, working capital, CAPEX, and cash flow.

  • Drive process improvement and automation initiatives across FP&A.

  • Standardise reporting templates and enhance data accuracy across business units.

  • Collaborate with senior finance stakeholders to ensure alignment on financial goals and performance.

About You

You're commercially minded, highly analytical, and enjoy turning complex financial data into clear insights that support decision-making. You thrive in a team environment but are equally confident working autonomously.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Degree qualified in Accounting, Finance or Business

  • CA/CPA qualified or working towards (preference for fully qualified)

  • 2-4 years' experience in financial planning and analysis or management reporting

  • Strong Excel and financial modelling skills

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to partner effectively with non-finance stakeholders

  • Exposure to ERP systems such as TM1 or D365 (desirable)
