About the Role
As the HR Business Partner, you will:
- Provide HR generalist support to allocated client groups, partnering with leaders on people initiatives
- Deliver and own key learning and development programs, including compliance training and online modules, with scope to build your own content
- Support DEI initiatives, helping the business meet diversity and inclusion targets and embedding best practice across teams
- Lead a few key projects, helping the organisation take its HR practices to the next level of maturity
- Ensure HR activities and programs are up to date, relevant, and aligned to the business
Skills & Experience
- Experience as a HR generalist with experience across L&D
- Passion for learning and development and diversity, equity and inclusion
- Ability to manage multiple small-to-medium projects with autonomy
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- A proactive, practical approach - able to translate strategy into action
