We're partnering with a Melbourne-based organisation experiencing growth and significant project activity. As part of a major data migration program, they are building out a dedicated project team to ensure seamless integration across HRIS, Payroll, and Time & Attendance systems. This is a 12-month FTC.

About the Role
Reporting into the Project Manager, this role will focus on ensuring the accuracy and integrity of employee and position data while supporting the design, build, testing, and implementation phases. You will act as the link between business needs and system capability, working closely with vendors and internal teams to ensure payroll, HRIS, and T&A systems integrate smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Support data sourcing, analysis, and mapping of employee and position data
- Identify and manage data and functional requirements for HRIS/Payroll/T&A systems
- Validate design and build with external vendors and internal stakeholders
- Conduct configuration analysis against requirements
- Support end-to-end testing and provide post-implementation hyper care
- Contribute to change management activities and team training where required
- Work cohesively within the project team, reporting into the Project Manager
Skills & Experience
- Strong background as a Business Analyst within HRIS, Payroll, and T&A system projects
- Proven ability to analyse complex employee and payroll data sets
- Technically driven, with strong understanding of system integration and data migration
- Experience supporting testing, design validation, and configuration analysis
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work in a collaborative project environment
- Experience in complex, multi-entity organisations and familiarity with EBAs/Awards
