Based in Melbourne, this 6-month temporary role offers an opportunity to support the international student program and help ensure compliance across a growing network of educational services.

This temporary opportunity is ideal for an organised professional with experience in administrative coordination, compliance, or international education, with a genuine interest in supporting international students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the international team, ensuring smooth operations

  • Liaise with international agents to coordinate student recruitment and admissions processes

  • Ensure compliance with CRICOS, the National Code, and relevant education regulations

  • Assist in reporting, documentation, and process improvement initiatives

  • Support team projects and daily operational needs

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience with CRICOS, the National Code, and/or working with international education agents

  • Knowledge of compliance, regulatory requirements, or international student programs

  • Strong organisational, administrative, and stakeholder management skills

  • Attention to detail, adaptability, and a proactive approach

  • Experience in education administration or compliance roles is highly desirable
