Marketing Coordinator

Our client, a well-established and high performing estate agency, is seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Coordinator to join their team full-time.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys social media, content creation, organisation and bringing fresh ideas to life in a fast-paced property environment. Working closely with the leadership team, you'll play a key role in supporting the agency's marketing presence, property campaigns and day-to-day administration.
The Role
Reporting to senior management, responsibilities will include:

Managing social media channels including Facebook, Instagram and TikTok

Creating engaging content for property campaigns, office marketing and brand promotion

Filming and editing short-form videos, reels and property walkthroughs

Coordinating and scheduling weekly social media content

Preparing EDMs and newsletters

Assisting with broader marketing administration and campaign coordination
-
Ensuring all marketing materials are accurate, on brand and delivered on time

Supporting multiple stakeholders and sales teams with marketing initiatives

Identifying opportunities to improve systems, processes and overall marketing strategy
About You
The successful candidate will be organised, creative and highly detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently and confidently manage multiple priorities.
The ideal candidate will have:

Experience in social media, marketing coordination or content creation

Strong attention to detail

Video filming and editing skills (highly regarded)

A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to take ownership

Strong communication and organisational skills

The confidence to contribute ideas and implement improvements

A positive personality
Real estate experience is not essential - attitude, initiative and attention to detail are the key priorities.
