About the Role
We're looking for an experienced National Customer Service Manager to lead and elevate the Customer Success function within a growing freight forwarding business. Based in Melbourne with regular travel to Brisbane, you will work closely with key account managers, influence change, and own the Customer Success division across Australia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, develop, and support a national Customer Success team across Australia
  • Own the end-to-end customer experience and drive continuous improvement across service delivery
  • Establish and monitor KPIs, implement performance management, and standardise service levels
  • Collaborate with Key Account Managers on customer-facing projects and initiatives
  • Conduct regular one to ones and weekly reporting
  • Drive customer engagement through site visits and strategic conversations
  • Support operational transition initiatives

Key Skills

  • Proven experience leading high performing Customer Service or Customer Experience teams
  • Strong background in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain preferred
  • Ability to influence and drive change across multi-site teams
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage directly with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Resilience and accountability in a fast paced, evolving business environment
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Experience with CargoWise
