Based in Melbourne's inner eastern suburbs, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to step into a broad, hands-on position supporting a busy and dynamic consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the office and ensure smooth operations
  • Provide administrative support across the business, including ad hoc tasks
  • Assist with basic accounts and finance administration (invoicing, tracking, etc.)
  • Coordinate internal processes and help keep the team accountable to deadlines
  • Manage overflow work and support consultants during busy periods
  • Assist with scheduling, inbox management, and general coordination
  • Support social media and general business admin where required
  • Act as the go-to person for keeping the office organised and running efficiently

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in an Office Manager / Administrator / Team Assistant role
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Confident, proactive personality who can take ownership and drive outcomes
  • Ideally experience within a consulting or professional services environment
  • Exposure to accounts/admin finance tasks is highly regarded
  • Someone who is adaptable, hands-on, and happy to pitch in wherever needed
  • A natural "all-rounder" who enjoys variety and being the backbone of a team
