Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the office and ensure smooth operations
- Provide administrative support across the business, including ad hoc tasks
- Assist with basic accounts and finance administration (invoicing, tracking, etc.)
- Coordinate internal processes and help keep the team accountable to deadlines
- Manage overflow work and support consultants during busy periods
- Assist with scheduling, inbox management, and general coordination
- Support social media and general business admin where required
- Act as the go-to person for keeping the office organised and running efficiently
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in an Office Manager / Administrator / Team Assistant role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Confident, proactive personality who can take ownership and drive outcomes
- Ideally experience within a consulting or professional services environment
- Exposure to accounts/admin finance tasks is highly regarded
- Someone who is adaptable, hands-on, and happy to pitch in wherever needed
- A natural "all-rounder" who enjoys variety and being the backbone of a team
