The business is now seeking a Part-Time Online Fulfilment Officer to support the dispatch of online customer orders across their retail and department store channels.
Based in their large warehouse facility, this role offers 3 days per week with flexibility for additional hours during peak periods.

Key Responsibilities

Pick, pack and dispatch online customer orders with care and accuracy

Prepare garments for shipping - folding, tissue paper, packaging, and labelling

Coordinate parcel collection with Australia Post and courier services

Work from the dedicated ecommerce area within the warehouse (separate to dispatch floor)

Assist with stock during peak periods (e.g. Black Friday)

Support training & handover with the current team members
What We're Looking For

Experience in online fulfilment, warehouse, or picking & packing roles

High attention to detail - ensuring garments are packed correctly and presented well

Good computer skills for processing orders and dispatch labels

Comfortable working in a warehouse environment (not always air-conditioned)

Fashion / apparel experience highly regarded

Collaborative and reliable working style
