Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end payroll for Australia and New Zealand via an outsourced provider.
- Partner with Finance on reporting, accruals, GL reconciliations, and payroll cost analysis.
- Assist with month-end and year-end financials including STP, super, and tax compliance.
- Identify and implement improvements to processes and reporting flows.
- Ensure payroll accuracy and compliance with legislation.
- Be the go-to contact for payroll queries and internal support.
Skills & Experience:
- Solid experience with AU/NZ payroll, ideally someone who has run an end-to-end payroll function
- Strong understanding of payroll legislation, tax, and super.
- Exposure to accounting, finance reporting, or currently studying towards a qualification.
- A hands-on, proactive mindset - willing to pitch in and make things better.
- Strong attention to detail and confidence working autonomously.
