Responsibilities Include

• Completing payroll reconciliations and investigating discrepancies
• Analysing payroll data to identify trends, errors and potential risks
• Preparing regular and ad hoc payroll reports
• Supporting payroll compliance, audits and remediation activities
• Working closely with Payroll, Finance, HR and other key stakeholders
• Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, awards and enterprise agreements

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in a Payroll Analyst or Payroll Compliance position
• Strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation, taxation and superannuation
• Demonstrated experience completing payroll reconciliations and variance analysis
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and lookup formulas
• Confidence working with large and complex data sets
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical ability
• Strong problem-solving and investigation skills
