About the Company
We are working with a large, well-known government organisation who are looking for a Compliance guru to join their team. This is a collaborative and supportive environment where you'll work closely with Payroll and Systems teams to build frameworks and keep processes accurate and compliant.
About the Role
- Be the SME and Specialist across payroll compliance, some focus on remediation, and reconciliation work
- SWork with the Manager to set up and maintain payroll frameworks across the organisation
- Work with Payroll and Systems teams to ensure compliant processes
- Resolve payroll discrepancies
- Support audits and compliance reporting
- Respond to payroll queries
Skills and Experience:
- Strong experience across payroll compliance, and reconciliation/remediation
- Experience working with Payroll or Systems teams
- Knowledge of EBAs and payroll legislation
- Exposure to Roster On or ADP is a plus
- Detail-oriented, good problem-solving skills, and works independently
- Strong communication skills
