About the Company:
We are delighted to be partnering with a reputable manufacturing business to provide them with an excellent standalone Payroll Officer. This is a permanent opportunity, perfect for experience payroll professionals based in the South East.
About the Role:
- End to end payroll processing, ensuring compliance with relevant awards and EBAs
- Onboarding new employees, processing terminations and ensuring all payroll data is accurate
- Dealing with stakeholders at various levels
- Payroll reporting as required
- Process timesheets ensuring all data is correct
Skills and Experience
- Previous payroll experience in a similar end to end role is essential
- Experience as a standalone payroll officer managing medium employee volumes
- Strong technical knowledge of Payroll and ERP systems
- An in depth understanding of payroll legislation and processes across multiple states
- Exceptional communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to deal with high pressure and work to tight deadlines whilst working independently.
