About the Roles
These opportunities sit within supportive payroll teams and are suited to individuals who are passionate about payroll, have great attention to detail, and are comfortable hitting the ground running. Whether you specialise in end-to-end processing, payroll systems, or compliance and reporting, we have roles that can align with your strengths.
Duties May Include:
- Processing end-to-end payroll on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis
- Handling tax, superannuation, and payroll compliance
- Managing payroll queries via phone and email
- Processing leave types including annual, sick, and parental leave
- Processing redundancy & termination payments
- Interpreting EBAs and Awards
- Supporting payroll projects, system updates or implementations
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in full function payroll
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems such as SAP, Chris21, Preceda, ADP, or Micropay
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
- Comfortable working in fast-paced or high-volume environments
