Working as part of a team and reporting to a highly supportive and collaborative Payroll Manager, you'll draw on your strong payroll knowledge to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.

Duties:

  • Perform end to end Payroll for Australia and New Zealand
  • Process Leave Calculations, Long Service, maternity and parental leave.
  • Demonstrate high volume payroll processing
  • Demonstrate strong payroll system knowledge
  • Interpret complex EBA's and Awards
  • Undertake Terminations & Redundancies
  • Demonstrate strong customer service to the highest level
  • Offer effective, clear and support communication to colleagues when necessary
  • Adhere to all payroll related queries and manage the payroll query inbox

Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience working within a large & complex payroll environment
  • Experience using Chris21 or ichris is desirable but not essential
  • Strong understanding of EBA's & Awards
  • Excellent written, verbal & interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service
  • Proven ability to develop effective partnerships to proactively find solutions and efficiencies in processes
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and develop workplans to achieve deadlines
  • Ability to work well within a team environment
