About the Company:

We are pleased to be partnering with a well-established agricultural organisation based in Melbourne's CBD. This role is a full-time permanent position working with a dynamic payroll team.

About the Role:

  • Process end-to-end payroll in line with relevant legislation and company policies
  • Maintain and update payroll records, including employee details, leave balances, and pay adjustments
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of salaries, superannuation, and other entitlements
  • Interpret and apply relevant awards, enterprise agreements, and workplace legislation
  • Assist with payroll reconciliations, reporting, and audits as required
  • Respond to employee payroll queries in a timely and professional manner

Skills and Experience:

  • Previous end-to-end payroll experience in a fast paced and complex environment
  • Exposure to large payroll systems. Dayforce is desirable but not essential
  • Experience with award interpretation is required
  • In-depth understanding of payroll legislation and processes
  • Exceptional communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines independently
