About the Company:

This organisation is known for its strong commitment to supporting its staff and maintaining high standards of service and professionalism. Reporting to a highly experienced and supportive Payroll Manager, these roles offer the opportunity to further develop your payroll expertise within a collaborative and well-established team environment.
About the Role:
- Process payroll for a large and complex workforce, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time.
- Manage payroll transactions including new starters, terminations, pay variations, allowances, and leave processing.
- Review and validate timesheets and payroll data prior to each pay run to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Respond to payroll-related queries from employees and managers, providing timely and professional support.
- Interpret Enterprise Agreements and payroll policies to ensure correct application of pay conditions and entitlements.
- Work collaboratively within the payroll team to continuously improve processes and deliver a high-quality payroll service.
Skills and Experience
- Proven experience processing payroll within large organisation.
- Strong understanding of payroll legislation, awards, Enterprise Agreements, and statutory obligations.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail with the ability to manage large volumes of payroll data.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to investigate and resolve payroll queries effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with employees and stakeholders across the business.
- Experience using payroll systems such as ADP or SAP, along with strong Excel skills would be highly regarded.
