About the Role
This Payroll Officer role will see you working within a high-volume environment processing multiple pay runs. You will be responsible for supporting end-to-end payroll while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery in a fast paced setting.
Duties

End-to-end payroll processing across multiple pay cycles

Managing high volume payroll data with a focus on accuracy

Processing new starters, terminations, and payroll adjustments

Interpreting Awards, EBAs, and relevant legislation

Handling payroll queries and resolving discrepancies
-
Working across large payroll systems and time & attendance platforms

Collaborating with HR and Finance to ensure smooth payroll operations
Skills & Experience
-
Proven experience in high-volume payroll environments

Experience managing multiple pay runs
-
Strong system experience (large ERP/payroll systems highly regarded)

Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement

High attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
